How do you find a strong right-hand person for your business? And can you trust this person to have the right level of strategy, the right level of autonomy and the right level of implementation for your business to succeed?
As a business owner, it’s easy to hold on and micromanage every decision since you've put so much of yourself into your company and made so many sacrifices to get it started. But, if you continue doing this, it will stunt the growth of your company and your high performing team. So, it is very crucial to find a trusted right-hand person, someone who can see the vision that you have, someone that can think like you. And you want them to be able to be strategic, and to be able to implement your vision as if it was their own vision, as if it was their own company.
